Statement of Values
We come together to celebrate the success of the LISA Pathfinder space mission — a remarkable achievement from international collaboration, scientific excellence, and technological innovation in Europe and in the US. This conference provides a space for open scientific exchange, mutual learning, and recognition of the collective effort that made LISA Pathfinder possible.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, nationality, ethnicity, religion, career stage, or scientific background.
Our community thrives on the principles upheld by European institutions such as the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Astronomical Society (EAS), and the European Commission’s Charter for Researchers: collaboration, diversity, transparency, and integrity.

Promote equity, inclusion, and collaboration in all conference activities.
-
Refrain from interrupting, dominating, or excluding others from discussions.
-

-
Reflects the ethical and professional standards of European research institutions.
