Welcome Cocktail
The welcome cocktail will take place on the evening of June 2nd, after the conference sessions, in Barcelona city centre . The cocktail will include one drink and a selection of typical Spanish tapas (with options for different dietary requirements).
Social Dinner
The social dinner will be held on the evening of June 4th in the Barceloneta area. It will consist of a selection of Spanish tapas, with a main course to be chosen between seafood paella, fish main or meat main, plus dessert. Options for different dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, lactose-intolerant) are available upon request.
Please note that, since the conference has no registration fee, the organisation will not be able to cover the cost of social activities.
